Terms and Conditions for Hi Honey! LLC:

This website is operated by Hi Honey! LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and "I"  refer to Hi Honey! LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of our beekeeping supplies. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time.

2. Product Returns & Exchanges

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and/or unworn. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with your receipt. If an item is damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us as soon as possible so the situation can be corrected. Customers are responsible for bringing items back to our location for returns or exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for Custom items, perishable goods, clearance items, and hazardous items.

4. In-Person Sales Only

We currently operate in person only and do not offer shipping. All purchases must be made at our physical location during business hours. Delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis. 

5. Product Availability & Pricing

We strive to keep our inventory updated, but availability is not guaranteed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items are subject to be discontinued without notice. Sales may be limited at the discretion of Hi Honey! LLC staff. We do our best to take accurate photos and use appropriate descriptions on our website, but we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies with color or style. 

6. Liability Disclaimer

Beekeeping involves risks. We are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or losses resulting from the use of our products. Always follow proper safety guidelines when handling bees and beekeeping equipment.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used solely for order processing and customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless where unavoidable, such as credit card processing. 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of any changes.
